Cancellation

Orders once confirmed may not be cancelled after dispatch.


No General Returns

Due to hygiene and food-contact considerations, products are not eligible for general returns.

Opened or used products are not returnable.


Replacement for Transit Damage Only

Replacement may be provided only where:

  • The product is damaged during transit
  • Damage is reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Customer provides a continuous full unboxing video from sealed package opening onward

Unboxing video is mandatory.

Claims without unboxing video proof may be rejected.


Remedy

Approved claims qualify for:

Refunds are not offered.


Claims Not Accepted For:

  • Change of mind
  • Post-delivery mishandling
  • Delayed reporting beyond 24 hours
  • Claims without required video evidence
